OUT OF TOUCH AND OUTDATED
Luanne Van Werven isn't just anti-choice, she wants to roll back the clock on women's rights. She was the legislative director of the Eagle Forum, a far-right anti-feminist organization that opposes women’s equality and pushes traditional gender roles.
She stands in the way of basic healthcare for women like no-cost birth control and cancer screenings, and would allow employers to decide whether women should have access to birth control. She’s also attacked the Violence Against Women Act and voted against equal pay for women in the workplace.
