FOR STATE HOUSE
The Voice We Need in Olympia
Alicia Rule is a proven leader who fights for Whatcom families. In the last two years as our state Representative, she has supported small business and fought to keep living-wage jobs in our community, expand affordable housing, and stand up to corporate polluters to keep our water and air clean.
EXPERIENCED JOB CREATOR
Alicia has a proven track record of supporting small businesses and creating local jobs – and that’s the experience we need in these tough times. As our state Representative, she will continue to push for an economic recovery that prioritizes local businesses and working families instead of big corporations.
Alicia’s family has been in Whatcom County for five generations. Her grandparents owned a farm in Sumas, her dad was a truck driver, and her mom works at PeaceHealth. Alicia herself is the mother of three boys, and she knows what it takes to raise a family in our community.
DEDICATED TO PUBLIC SAFETY
Alicia has worked with law enforcement and community leaders to clarify police reform laws, funded Basic Law Enforcement Academy classes, expanded domestic violence and sexual assault programs, and invested historic levels in behavioral health.
